This is an interesting paper for me specifically because it focuses on government communication strategies during COVID19 and points out how centralised communication was detrimental to positive behaviour. By using interviews, the researchers were able to obtain data that speak to the flaws in communication strategies, from experts across important disciplines. It would be interesting to find views of public audiences for purposes of balancing the inherent overly critical traits of the selected participants, especially towards governments (which is not a bad thing at all).
Also some of the limitations of the study would be valuable. I understand this is work in progress though.
