The primary goal and mission of the Media Education Research Section is to encourage and promote research in the theory and practice of Media Education at the school, college and university levels of education. The Media Education Research Section will be organizing panels at the 2011 IAMCR conference in Istanbul, Turkey. The section is interested in papers bearing on all the dimensions of media education research:
The Media Education Research Section of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) invites submissions for the IAMCR Conference that will be held in Braga (Portugal) 2010 from July 18-22. The overall conference theme is 'Communication and Citizenship. Rethinking Crisis and Change'.
